Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at contact@guveno.store with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
